• 125 g butter • ¾ cup sugar • ½ cup walnuts chopped • 1 ¾ cup self-raising flour • 2 egg beaten • 3 banana mashed • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda • 3 tbs Kiewa Country Milk • 1 tbs boiling water
METHOD
Step 1 Cream butter, sugar and water together.
Step 2 Gradually add eggs, then the mashed bananas.
Step 3 Dissolve bicarbonate of soda in milk and add flour alternately with milk to banana mixture.
Step 4 Add chopped walnuts.
Step 5 Bake at 180°C for about an hour or until knife comes out clean.
